Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Executive role located in Rajkot, intended for freshers only. The HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting in onboarding and induction, and coordinating documentation and compliance activities.

The role involves supporting HR policy implementation, helping manage attendance and leave records, and assisting with basic payroll coordination in collaboration with senior HR team members.



The HR Executive will also help address routine employee queries, support employee engagement activities, and provide administrative assistance for HR-related meetings, reporting, and communication.

Qualifications

- Foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing a career in HR.
- Ability to support HR Operations and apply HR Policies as guided by senior HR professionals.
- Basic understanding of Employee Relations and willingness to help maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working with HR-related software or databases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
