Role Overview

You will own the complete employee lifecycle—balancing full-cycle recruitment with strategic HR operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a solid background in scaling growing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition (50%): Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing) across departments, build diverse candidate pipelines, and champion our employer brand.
- HR & People Operations (50%): Oversee employee relations, performance management, onboarding/offboarding,



compliance with local labor laws, and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications
- 2 to 5+ years of combined experience in HR and full-cycle recruiting.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (HR certifications like SHRM/PHR are a plus).
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, HRIS, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- High emotional intelligence, discretion with confidential data, and strong problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
