This is a multitasking profile. This profile requires
1. managing a team of 10-15 people in terms of regular performance, attendance, hiring, on boarding and off boarding formalities.
2. Making calls on the leads generated by the marketing team to get details from them and align visits and meetings
3. All these things need to be done working from the front desk, since it is an interior designing company, so we have very few people walking in the office.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
