Maverick Mernok & Construction is looking for a capable and detail-oriented HR cum Accountant to join our team at our Noida office.

? Location: Unit No. 305, D-77, Sector-63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

? Position: HR cum Accountant

⏳ Experience: 2–4 Years

? Employment Type: Full-Time

? Joining: Immediate / Within 15 Days

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

- Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
- Preparation and maintenance of financial records

- Payroll and salary processing
- TDS/GST-related accounting and documentation
- Vendor and client payment coordination
- Reconciliation and preparation of MIS/reports
- Maintaining invoices, bills, vouchers and supporting documents

HR & Administration
- Recruitment, onboarding and employee coordination
- Maintaining employee records and documentation
- Attendance, leave and payroll coordination
- Handling employee-related HR documentation
- Support in statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, etc.
- General HR & administrative coordination

Desired Skills




- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and accounting software
- Familiarity with Zoho / HRMS / similar software
- Good understanding of accounting and HR processes
- Robust attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Prior experience in construction, infrastructure or engineering consultancy will be preferred.

? Qualification: Relevant qualification in Commerce, Finance, HR or a related field. ? Salary: Commensurate with experience and suitability for the role.
