Role Description The Housekeeping Executive is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to JW Marriott brand standards. This full-time, on-site role in Sawai Madhopur includes supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating room assignments, monitoring cleanliness and quality, and ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene protocols. The position involves inspecting guest rooms and public areas, managing linen and laundry workflows, and supporting inventory control for housekeeping supplies.

The Housekeeping

Executive will also collaborate with Front Office and Maintenance teams, respond promptly to guest requests,



and assist in training and mentoring housekeeping associates to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong organization skills and the ability to manage housekeeping schedules, room assignments, and inventory effectively.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with guests and coordinate with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in laundry operations, including linen handling, quality checks, and coordination with laundry services.
- Candidates should possess training and supervisory skills to guide housekeeping staff, provide feedback, and support ongoing performance improvement.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality operations, knowledge of hygiene and safety standards, basic computer literacy, and familiarity with housekeeping management systems.
- A hospitality-related diploma or degree is preferred but not mandatory; equivalent work experience in a similar role is highly valued.
