Based at our Mumbai Head Office , you will take ownership of our Hospitality business and drive growth through our existing regional Sales Team.

You will

- Identify and penetrate new hospitality accounts and virgin territories across India.
- Build relationships with hotel owners, promoters, developers, management companies, General Managers, Purchase Heads, Project Heads, Architects, Interior Designers and Wellness decision-makers.
- Generate new opportunities and convert them into profitable business.
- Work closely with regional sales teams to develop, pursue and close hospitality opportunities.
- Develop a strong pipeline and consistently deliver annual and periodic sales targets .
- Travel extensively across India for prospecting, presentations, negotiations and customer development.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships rather than merely closing individual transactions.
- Track market intelligence, competitors, upcoming hotel projects and emerging wellness opportunities.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

- Proven B2B sales success,preferably in hospitality, luxury products, wellness, fitness, interiors, building materials, FF&E;, medical equipment or other premium solutions .
- Strong new-business development and account-acquisition capability.
- A demonstrable ability to open cold/virgin accounts and territories .
- Excellent prospecting, networking, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Solid commercial acumen and target orientation.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and navigate complex B2B sales cycles.
- Exceptional communication, listening and relationship-building skills—critical attributes for successful hospitality sales. [2] [4]
- Persistence, follow-through and disciplined CRM/pipeline management.
- High energy, initiative, resilience and a genuine “can-do” entrepreneurial mindset .
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across India .
