Job Responsibilities To increase brand penetration and market presence across the states of Odisha / West Bengal by developing and managing business with HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Caterers, and Institutional customers). The role is responsible for expanding the customer base, strengthening distributor relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent market execution for the company's product portfolio.

· Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HORECA segment across Market.

· Expand the company’s customer base by onboarding new hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, institutions, and other relevant business establishments.

· Develop strategies to increase product penetration and market share in existing and new territories.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, restaurant owners, and key decision-makers.

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Conduct regular market visits to generate new business opportunities.

· Appoint, guide, and monitor HORECA distributors where required.

· Participate in food exhibitions, trade shows,



and customer engagement programs.

· Build long-term relationships with key HORECA accounts to maximize repeat business.

· Identify, appoint, and develop suitable distributors and channel partners in assigned territories.

· Maintain strong working relationships with distributors and ensure effective market coverage.

Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with relevant sales experience in the Food Service, HORECA, FMCG Food, Sauces, Mayonnaise, Dips, Dressings, Ketchup, Spreads, and Processed Food segments will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
