We're looking for a warm, skilled Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our parents, students, and visitors, and to keep our front office running smoothly.
nKey Responsibilities

Greet and assist parents, students, staff, and visitors courteously — in person and over the phonen
Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; take and relay messages accuratelyn
Respond to walk-in and telephone enquiries about the school, admissions, timings, and eventsn
Manage the front-desk email inbox and general correspondence; reply or forward promptlyn
Support the admissions team with enquiry follow-ups, form issuance, and appointment schedulingn




Maintain organised records and registers (visitor logs, enquiry data, courier/dispatch)n
Register visitors, issue passes, and follow the school's security and safeguarding proceduresn
Keep the reception area clean, welcoming, and well-presented at all times.n

nQualifications & Experience

Minimum graduate (any discipline)n
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a front desk, reception, front office, or administrative rolen
Prior experience in an ICSE/CBSE school or educational institution is a robust plusn
Excellent command of English, both oral and writtenn
Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) and emailn
Robust communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with a customer-service mindsetn
