Role Description The Home Healthcare Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of home healthcare services, including coordination of care plans, scheduling and supervising caregivers, and ensuring adherence to clinical and service quality standards.

Manager will collaborate with medical professionals, patients, and families to assess needs, organize visits, and monitor outcomes.

Responsibilities include managing documentation and reporting, optimizing resource utilization, addressing service issues,



and supporting compliance with regulatory and organizational policies. The role also includes contributing to process improvements, staff training, and implementation of company initiatives to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Experience in home healthcare, nursing, rehabilitation, or healthcare operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong skills in team leadership, staff supervision, and workforce planning for caregivers and clinical staff.
- Proficiency in patient coordination, care planning, and case management, with a focus on safety and quality of care.
- Competence in communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building with patients, families, and medical professionals.
- Ability to manage schedules, documentation, and basic data reporting; familiarity with digital health or care management platforms is an advantage.
- Knowledge of healthcare protocols, infection control, and regulatory requirements relevant to home and transitional care services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capability to work effectively in a quick-growing, process-driven environment.
- Comfort working on-site in Patna, with flexibility to travel locally as required for home visits and operational oversight.
