We're looking for a high-ownership Sales Operations Leader who can drive business growth while building a high-performing, scalable organisation. This role sits at the intersection of revenue, people, sales execution and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable reviewing business numbers, coaching teams, solving operational challenges, and building systems and processes that enable scale.

Operations Customer Experience: Own the end-to-end operational journey, ensuring seamless coordination across customers, vendors and internal teams while improving service quality, reducing escalations and driving repeat business. Process, Data Technology: Build scalable SOPs, workflows and SLAs; leverage CRM, dashboards and data to improve productivity, decision-making and operational efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Technology, Finance and other functions to solve business challenges,



improve processes and drive sustainable growth.

Salary: upto 18- 20 Lakh

Experience : 8 yrs -12 yrs

Must Have

- Skills Qualifications*

Required Graduate in any discipline; Travel Tourism / Business Management preferred.
- 8- 12 years of experience in Sales, Operations or Sales Operations leadership, preferably in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality or OTA.
- Proven experience managing and scaling 50+ member teams, with strong people leadership and coaching capabilities.
- Strong commercial understanding of revenue, GTV, conversion, margins and sales productivity.
- Experience in running structured sales reviews, performance management and team operating cadences.
- Robust understanding of travel operations, customer experience and vendor management, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Tech-savvy, target-driven and execution-focused, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
