- Deliver a high-quality customer experience while meeting process standards
- Manage escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet defined quality,



productivity and customer satisfaction targets

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates with relevant customer support / international voice process experience
- Freshers & Women returning to work after a long gap may apply as well.
- 12th & Above may apply
- Solid verbal and written English communication
- Excellent customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in rotational US shifts
- Immediate joiners preferre
