We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Optometrists to join our Retail Optometry & Eye Care team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct eye examinations and vision assessments.
- Perform accurate refraction and eye testing.
- Provide appropriate eyewear and lens recommendations.
- Ensure accurate and quality eye examinations.
- Explain eye-test results and recommendations to customers.
- Deliver excellent customer service and customer experience.
- Maintain required customer and clinical records.
- Follow company optometry protocols and processes.
- Support store operations and business objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

- B.Optom / Diploma in Optometry / M.Optom.
- 05+ years of experience in Optometry.
- Strong knowledge of refraction and eye testing.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Retail optometry experience preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Passion for eye care and customer service.
