Hiring: Individual Contributor -Service Support Management

We are hiring Individual Contributor for Insurance Operations for leading MNC Service Support Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end insurance processing and policy servicing activities.
- Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned business stakeholders and operational requirements.
- Manage day-to-day stakeholder communication and client coordination.
- Coordinate with carriers, retailers, vendors, finance teams, branch teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Handle insurance-related queries by conducting appropriate research and providing accurate resolutions.
- Monitor and follow up on service requests to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and ensure process records are updated accurately.
- Prioritize tasks, emails, urgent requests, and operational activities based on business requirements.
- Support the complete policy lifecycle, including policy servicing and related operational activities.
- Identify and resolve process issues while minimizing rework and service delays.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Ensure adherence to defined quality, process,



compliance, and service standards.
- Take ownership of escalations and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Work closely with branch and operations teams to support business requirements and improve service delivery.

Candidate Profile
- 4+ years of experience in International Voice Banking / Insurance / Property & Casualty Insurance voice.
- Graduate / Postgraduate.
- Strong knowledge of the Insurance domain.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, logical-thinking and decision-making skills.
- Proactive approach with strong ownership and accountability.
- Insurance certification is an added advantage.
- Experience in transition/onboarding, SPOC or onshore travel is preferred.
- Valid U.S. Visa is an added advantage.

Compensation CTC: Up to 10 LPA Up to 25% hike on last drawn CTC, based on experience and profile.
