HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive (Female Candidates Only | Experienced)

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and the hiring team.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Eligibility

- Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidates from BPO / IT / US IT Recruitment / Sales / Real Estate / Manufacturing backgrounds are eligible.
- Strong sourcing, screening, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary & Incentives

- First 3 Months:



Up to 25,000 Take-Home + Incentives
- From 4th Month: Up to 35,000 Take-Home + Incentives
- Salary revision after 3 months will be performance-based.

Growth Opportunities Performance review after the first 2 months.

Important

This is a Work From Office role based in Ameerpet, Hyderabad.

Candidates should be comfortable making recruitment calls and coordinating interviews throughout the day.

Immediate joiners will be given preference.
