Job Description:

Job Responsibilities :
Perform chemical analysis and testing of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products.
Conduct routine QC tests as per approved SOPs and specifications.
Perform analysis such as pH, moisture, assay, viscosity, titration, protein/collagen-related parameters, and other applicable tests.
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as pH meter, analytical balance, moisture analyzer, UV-Vis, HPLC, etc., as applicable.
Prepare and standardize reagents, solutions and chemicals required for analysis.
Maintain proper COA, test reports, worksheets, logbooks and laboratory records.
Ensure testing is performed accurately and within specified timelines.
Follow GMP, GLP, SOP and laboratory safety procedures.
Identify and report OOS/OOT results, deviations and abnormal observations.
Assist in OOS investigation, root-cause analysis and CAPA activities.
Maintain calibration and daily-use records of laboratory instruments.
Ensure proper handling, labeling, storage and disposal of samples and chemicals.
Coordinate with QA,



Production and R&D; for quality-related activities.
Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety and good documentation practices.
Support internal, customer and regulatory audits when required.

Qualification
B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry preferred.
Candidates with B.Sc./M.Sc. Analytical Chemistry will be preferred.

Experience
Freshers, B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry candidates with good laboratory knowledge are welcome.
Experienced: 1–3+ years of experience in QC Chemistry / Pharma / Nutraceutical / Food / Chemical / Manufacturing industries preferred
