The Prospect:

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Recruiter to drive end-to-end talent acquisition for semiconductor and hardware engineering positions across the United States. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the semiconductor industry, solid stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of hiring top-tier engineering talent.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage full-cycle recruitment for semiconductor and hardware engineering roles.

· Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.

· Source and recruit candidates for niche semiconductor positions including:

ø ASIC Design & Verification

ø SoC Architecture





ø Physical Design

ø DFT (Design for Test)

ø FPGA Design

ø Analog/Mixed-Signal Design

ø Embedded Systems

ø Silicon Validation and Firmware Engineering

· Develop strategic sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.

· Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.

· Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring status updates to leadership.

· Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates and industry specialists.

· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

· Support diversity hiring initiatives and employer branding activities.

· Coordinating and Managing Stakeholders

· Maintaining internal data base of candidates as per their skill sets.
