Role & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound domestic customer calls and assist customers with their queries and service-related concerns.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate, timely, and appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout every interaction.
- Handle customer requests, complaints, and service-related queries in accordance with defined process guidelines.
- Ensure accurate documentation and update customer interaction details in the system.
- Escalate unresolved or complex customer issues to the appropriate internal team whenever required.
- Maintain adherence to defined Quality, AHT, Customer Satisfaction and Productivity parameters.
- Demonstrate strong active listening, communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.

Language Requirement

Candidates must be proficient in any one of the following languages:
- Tamil
- Telugu
- Malayalam
- Kannada





Good Hindi and English communication skills will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile

- Any Undergraduate / Graduate candidate can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Candidates with prior experience in Customer Service / BPO / Voice Process will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge with familiarity with MS Office.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Willingness to work in a customer-centric workplace.

Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: Up to 3.50 4.80 LPA
- In-hand: 25,000 33,000 per month
- Monthly Variable: 2,500 3,500
- 5 Days Working
- 247 Rotational Shifts / Night Shifts
