Qualification: HSC Pass & Above

Experience: Open to Freshers and Experienced candidates

Salary:

- Fresher- Up to 14,000 (In-hand) + Incentives
- Exp.- Upto 16,000 (In-hand) + Incentives

Skill Required: Positive Communication Skills Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Resolve customer queries and complaints with appropriate solutions

Requirements:

- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle pressure and work in rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
