Job Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Understand and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Provide correct and complete information to customers.
- Maintain skilled communication and service standards.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues when necessary.
- Work according to rotational/night shift requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to communicate confidently with international customers.
- Comfortable working in an international BPO environment.
- Willing to work in rotational/night shifts.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
