About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Finance to support day-to-day financial operations, accounting processes, reporting, and financial administration.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to maintain accurate financial records and support timely financial reporting and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions
- Prepare invoices, accounts payable and accounts receivable records
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Assist with monthly and annual financial reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support budgeting, forecasting and expense monitoring
- Assist with payroll and other finance-related administration where required
- Prepare financial reports and analysis for management
- Ensure accounting processes are completed accurately and on time
- Support compliance with applicable accounting and company procedures
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field
- Previous experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
- Experience with accounting/ERP software
- Good Excel and financial reporting skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
