JOB ROLEWe are looking for a Female Marketing Executive to handle online inquiries, customer follow-ups and sales coordination. ? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle daily inquiries from IndiaMART & TradeIndia

- Respond to customer inquiries quickly through calls and WhatsApp

- Make regular outbound calling and customer follow-ups

- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team

- Prepare and send quotations to customers

- Follow up on quotations and pending orders

- Handle email marketing and customer emails

- Maintain customer inquiry and follow-up records in Excel/CRM

- Convert online inquiries into genuine orders

- Follow up with old/existing customers for repeat business

- Coordinate with production,



stores and dispatch team when required

- Prepare daily inquiry, calling and follow-up reports ? CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- Female candidate preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills

- Experience with IndiaMART / TradeIndia preferred

- Calling and customer follow-up experience

- Basic knowledge of Email, WhatsApp & Excel

- Hindi/Gujarati communication required

- Basic English required
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
