We are looking for an experienced Pharma & Medical Devices Recruiter to support US staffing requirements across pharmaceutical, life sciences, medical device, and healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit candidates across QA/QC, R&D;, Clinical, Scientific, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Medical Device functions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through candidate submission and interview coordination.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Indeed, ATS/VMS platforms, and JobDiva for sourcing and candidate management.
- Conduct initial technical/functional screening and maintain accurate candidate and activity records.
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiting teams to understand requirements and deliver qualified candidates within timelines.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in US Pharma, Life Sciences, Medical Device, or Healthcare recruiting .
- Solid understanding of US recruiting practices and talent markets.
- Experience recruiting technical and specialized life-sciences professionals.
- Strong sourcing, Boolean search, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
- JobDiva experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
