Position Overview: As a US Healthcare Recruiter (Fresher), you will be responsible for supporting our recruitment team in identifying and attracting qualified candidates for various healthcare positions. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates using job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in maintaining accurate candidate records and documentation.
- Support the recruitment team in various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduation or Post Graduation (Healthcare Preferred, BA, BBA, MBA Students can also apply).
- Strong interest in US recruitment with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented workplace.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
