Healthcare Industry Experience Mandatory

We are a 25+ year established IT organization launching a Healthcare Services division focused on Medical Billing, Medical Coding, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and US Healthcare Operations.

We are seeking experienced professionals who can help establish and manage the IT infrastructure, security, compliance, and technology workplace for a healthcare delivery center.

Mandatory Requirements

- Candidates must have prior experience in Healthcare, Medical Billing, Medical Coding, RCM, Healthcare BPO, US Healthcare, or Hospital IT environments.
- 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Administration, System Administration, IT Operations, or Technology Management.
- Experience supporting healthcare delivery centers, medical billing operations, or healthcare organizations.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA, healthcare data security, access controls, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with Network Infrastructure, Firewalls, VPN, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure), Microsoft 365,



Active Directory, and Cyber Security.
