- Source top talent for US healthcare clients through direct client relationships, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct phone screens, interviews, and reference checks to assess candidate fit for open positions.
- Manage the full life cycle of recruitment from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in US IT staffing or recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of documentation &
certification requirements.
- Should have strong understanding of screening profiles and submitting to managers.
- Proven track record in healthcare recruitment or related field.
