Autoplant is seeking a motivated and skilled Service Engineer to join our team. The Service Engineer will be responsible for carrying out installations, repairs, and maintenance of our automotive plant equipment and machinery. This individual will collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot any technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of our operations. The Service Engineer will also be required to provide technical support to customers and conduct training sessions on equipment usage and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with experience in the automotive industry preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and robust communication abilities are essential for success in this role.

Job Description
Responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for Autoplant customers
Install, maintain, and repair Autoplant equipment and machinery
Conduct regular preventative maintenance checks on Autoplant systems




Train customers on proper operation and maintenance of Autoplant products
Communicate effectively with customers to understand and resolve their technical issues
Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to provide solution-based recommendations
Keep accurate records of service activities, including maintenance logs and service reports
Stay up-to-date on the latest Autoplant technologies and products
Must be willing to travel to customer sites as needed
Willing to work flexible schedule and handle on-call duties when necessary.
