8+ years of experience in Transmission Line and Substation Projectsn

Mandatory experience in Transmission Line, Substation Construction, and Commissioning Projectsn
8+ years of experience in Transmission Line and Substation Projectsn
Strong manpower management experience (20–25 team members)n
Expertise in project planning, documentation, MIS, and progress reportingn
Sound knowledge of transmission standards, codes, and construction practicesn
Experience in monitoring civil, mechanical, and electrical activities at project sitesn
Vendor management, resource allocation, and budget control skillsn
Solid leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilitiesn




Willingness to travel and relocate as per project requirementsn
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities to ensure smooth project execution and timely approvals.n
Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure completion within agreed timelines and budgets.n
Ensure strict adherence to EHS (Setting, Health & Safety) standards and promote a strong safety culture across project sites.n
Review project risks, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays and operational disruptions.n
