About The Role

Intech Developers is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead the sales function and drive business growth across its real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall sales team and sales operations.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.

- Set sales targets, monitor performance and drive the team towards consistent results.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Develop lead conversion and follow-up strategies.

- Monitor the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.

- Analyse sales performance, market trends and customer behaviour.

- Identify recent business opportunities and potential markets.





- Coordinate with marketing and other internals teams to support lead generations and conversions.

- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.

- Coach, mentor, motivate the sales team.

Key Requirements

- 5+ years of sales experience.

- Real estate experience preferred.

- Experience in sales leadership and team management.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Good understanding of sales strategy and client management.

- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

- Targeted-oriented approach with focus on business growth.
