- Strategy & Policy: Design, update, and execute overall health and safety programs, manuals, and long-term goals across the organization.

- Compliance: Ensure the company follows all local, national, and international safety laws and standards (such as OSHA or ISO 45001).

- Risk Management: Lead comprehensive risk assessments, facility audits, and job hazard analyses to spot vulnerabilities before incidents happen.

- Incident Response: Oversee serious accident investigations, manage reporting systems, and enforce corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

- Leadership & Culture: Mentor safety teams, lead health and safety committees, and train workers to make safety a core value.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience: 8+ years in safety management, with senior leadership experience handling complex operations or high-risk sites.

- Certifications: Professional credentials like NEBOSH, IOSH, or Certified Safety Qualified (CSP).

- Skills: Strong crisis management, risk evaluation, data analysis, and cross-functional communication abilities.

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
