Location: Pune

Living Timeless is looking for a Head of Sales who can own revenue as a business operator, not just manage leads and salespeople.

The role will own the complete commercial cycle from lead allocation and conversion to pricing, collections, factory capacity utilisation and customer execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Own monthly sales, booking and collection targets
- Allocate leads intelligently based on intent, value, location and salesperson strength
- Improve conversion across lead → meeting → design → quote → booking
- Work closely with the factory to understand available capacity and convert unused capacity into sales opportunities
- Use stock, material availability, delivery timelines and production capacity to create commercial offers
- Manage pricing and discounts while protecting margins




- Ensure sales commitments are aligned with production and execution capability
- Improve average order value and profitable product mix
- Build and manage a high-performance sales team
- Identify revenue gaps and take corrective action before month-end

What We Are Looking For

Someone who understands

Sales Pricing Factory Capacity Customer Psychology Execution P&L;

This is not a lead-monitoring role.

We need someone who can identify unused commercial opportunities and turn them into profitable revenue.

Experience in modular furniture, interiors, home improvement, building materials or other high-ticket consultative sales businesses is preferred.
