- Define and execute the R&D; and Technology roadmap in alignment with corporate growth objectives and market needs.
- Lead the R&D; teams to deliver safe, compliant, and cost-effective formulations for current and future products.
- Work closely with global product development organizations to ensure technology transfer, formulation compliance, and successful product launches.
- Identify critical product and application requirements and ensures alignment between product design and customer performance needs.
- Drive innovation by proposing new products, technologies, and applications emerging from research and customer insights.




- Partner with commercial teams to align product development with market needs
- Monitor competitor technologies and market innovations
- *Engage with key customers for technical solutions and customization
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Analyse market trends to guide innovation efforts.
