About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Finance to lead and oversee the company’s finance and accounting function. The role will be responsible for financial operations, accounting controls, statutory compliance, taxation, banking, reconciliations and financial reporting. The candidate will also work closely with the leadership team to strengthen financial processes and ensure effective financial governance across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the company’s finance and accounting operations
- Manage accounting processes, controls and financial reporting
- Ensure timely GST, TDS and statutory compliance
- Oversee bank reconciliation and other financial reconciliations
- Manage taxation and statutory audit requirements
- Monitor cash flow,



banking activities and financial controls
- Review financial statements and management reports
- Strengthen accounting systems, processes and internal controls
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants and statutory authorities
- Lead, guide and manage the finance team
- Support senior management with financial insights and reporting
- Ensure accuracy, compliance and timely closure of financial activities

Qualifications & Experience

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification
- 15+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
- Experience managing finance functions in companies with ₹100 Cr+ turnover
- Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation and statutory compliance
- Experience with financial and accounting systems
- Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
