Should have strong experience in Finance & Accounts leadership, preferably at the Head Finance / Plant Finance Head level.
Must have relevant experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in a plant-based manufacturing workplace.
Should have hands-on experience in managing plant finance operations, budgeting, MIS, costing, financial reporting, audits, taxation, working capital, and statutory compliance.
Should be comfortable working closely with the plant leadership and business teams and providing financial insights for business decisions.
Experience in handling a sizeable finance team and managing end-to-end finance operations would be preferred.
