Role Description The Head of Corporate Finance will lead all corporate finance activities, including capital planning, funding strategy, and long-term financial decision-making for the manufacturing operations in Nashik. This full-time, in office role involves overseeing financial performance, managing cash flow, and guiding investment decisions aligned with the organization’s growth plans.
The role includes developing and reviewing financial models, evaluating mergers and acquisitions, and advising senior leadership on financial and risk management strategies. The Head of Corporate Finance will collaborate with accounting, operations, and executive teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Strong core Finance skills, including corporate finance, capital structuring, and financial planning and analysis.
- Proficiency in Financial Modeling to support forecasting, valuations, scenario analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Experience with Investments, portfolio evaluation, and return-on-investment analysis for capital projects and strategic initiatives.
- Solid Accounting knowledge, including financial statements, cost accounting, and compliance with relevant standards.
- Hands-on experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;), including deal evaluation, due diligence, and integration planning.
- Proven leadership experience in finance within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Nashik and partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; advanced qualifications (e.g., MBA, CFA, CA/CPA) are an advantage.
- Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to ethical financial practices.
