Role & responsibilities

- Look for new consumer trends, market gaps, and emerging technologies.

- Generate new product ideas and decide which ones are worth investing in.

- Lead projects from idea stage to commercial launch.

- Work closely with R&D;, Marketing, Business Development, and external partners such as startups, universities, and research institutes.

- Build prototypes, test concepts with consumers, gather feedback, and refine products before launch.

- Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and risks associated with innovation projects.

- Ensure the company stays ahead of competitors by bringing disruptive and differentiated products to market

Preferred candidate profile

- 20-25 years of experience in Food & Beverage R&D.;

- Experience leading innovation or current product development teams.

- Strong understanding of food technology, product development, consumer insights, and commercialization.

- Ability to identify future trends and convert them into business opportunities.

- Exposure to AI/ML and digital innovation in product development is preferred.
