We are seeking a creative, commercial, and culinary-driven Head Chef – Recent Product Development (NPD) to lead our culinary innovation and recipe formulation in the FMCG space. In this role, you will bridge culinary artistry with food science to create, optimize, and commercialize high-quality, scalable food products. You will transform culinary concepts into bench samples and scale them for large-scale FMCG manufacturing lines while preserving taste, texture, cost efficiency, and shelf-life requirements.
