HCC MEDICAL CODERS​-IMMEDIATE JOINERS Position: HCC Medical Coder Experience: 1-2 Years Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred We are looking for experienced HCC Medical Coders with 1–2 years of relevant HCC WORK EXPERINCE to join our team in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities - Perform HCC / Risk Adjustment medical coding for assigned patient charts.

- Review clinical documentation and identify relevant diagnoses.
- Assign accurate ICD-10-CM codes based on documentation.
- Ensure HCCs are properly captured and supported by clinical evidence.
- Follow coding guidelines, client requirements, and quality standards.
- Maintain required productivity and accuracy targets.
- Identify documentation gaps and coding discrepancies.
- Work closely with QA/audit teams when required.

Requirements - 1–2 years of hands-on HCC Medical Coding experience is mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM and HCC/Risk Adjustment coding.




- Experience in reviewing physician documentation and medical charts.
- CPC / CCS / CRC certification preferred.
- Valuable communication and analytical skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
