- Expertise in hair colouring, global colour, highlights, balayage and other colour techniques
- Perform hair treatments such as keratin, smoothening, straightening, botox, nanoplastia and related services
- Understand clients’ hair concerns and recommend suitable services
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and salon safety
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain proper care and handling of salon tools and equipment
- Stay updated with current hair trends, techniques and products
- Work professionally as part of the salon team
