Our platform allows the medical specialists to offer instant access to second medical opinions and expert consultations with zero administrative friction and no insurance barriers.

We are currently expanding our digital faculty and seeking highly distinguished, independent super-specialists to provide global advisory care and second opinions.

The Role

You will provide discrete, highly specialized remote consultations focusing on women’s reproductive health, bridging the gap for patients in jurisdictions lacking immediate access to advanced gynecological specialists.

Key Clinical Focus Areas:

- High-risk pregnancy second opinions and advisory monitoring.
- Management of endometriosis, fibroids, and severe pelvic pain.
- Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) and complex menstrual disorders.
- Menopause management, Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) advisory, and female reproductive endocrinology.

Eligibility, Compensation & Terms - Our Standard for Super-Specialists To maintain our standard of world-class global healthcare, all specialists practicing on BookTeleMed.com must meet these prerequisites:

- Advanced Clinical Expertise: Minimum 5 years of active clinical practice post-super-specialization ( MS (Master of Surgery) in Obstetrics & Gynaecology or DNB (Diplomate of National Board) .).
- Preferred: FNB (Fellow of National Board) or University-accredited post-doctoral Fellowships
- Institutional Pedigree: Documented history of practice or affiliation with premier, accredited medical institutions.
- Digital Proficiency: Exceptional,



compassionate communication skills tailored for effective virtual patient care across diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Age Parameters: We onboard established specialists between the ages of 30 and 50.
- Licensure: Active, unblemished medical registration with the respective medical council.
- Timing: Up to 2-hour adaptable window per day aligned with the EST (US/Canada) time zone.

Transparent, Frictionless Compensation We eliminate administrative billing overhead. You are compensated strictly for your time and medical expertise.

You shall be offering services in these 3 formats:

- Text Consultation (Asynchronous)
- 30-Minute Live Video Consultation with the patients.
- 1-Hour Live Video Consultation with the patients.
- A specialist can generate INR 6,000 in a single focused hour on BookTeleMed.com without paying clinic rent, local staff overheads, or splitting 30-50% of the OPD fee with a corporate hospital administrator.

Note: Payouts apply only to time actively booked and paid for by the patient. Standard statutory tax deductions (TDS) apply. Strict Platform Compliance & Exclusivity To protect our patients and our medical faculty, we operate under uncompromising legal and ethical frameworks:

- Absolute Data Protection: Strict adherence to HIPAA, GDPR, and DPDP laws. No downloading or storing of ePHI on personal devices.
- Platform Exclusivity: All patient communication, file sharing, and follow-ups must occur exclusively within the BookTeleMed.com secure portal. Off-platform communication (WhatsApp, SMS, private email) is strictly prohibited.
- Zero Patient Solicitation: Platform-acquired patients remain clients of BookTeleMed.com. Diversion of patients to private practices or competing platforms results in immediate termination.
