Show Supporters is expanding — and we’re looking for someone who wants to build with us.

We’re not looking for someone to simply “do sales.”

We’re looking for a Business Development & Growth professional who can work closely with the founder, build relationships, open new doors and help shape the next phase of the business.

Over the years, Show Supporters has grown by becoming the execution partner behind agencies, brands and experiences

- supporting projects with the people, expertise and execution bandwidth required to make things happen.

Now, we’re ready to take that further.

WHAT YOU’LL BUILD

You’ll be at the centre of our growth engine — identifying opportunities, building relationships and turning conversations into long-term business.

Your role will include

- Building relationships with brands, agencies, marketing teams and decision-makers
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Converting conversations, introductions and networks into projects
- Building strategic partnerships with agencies and ecosystem players
- Understanding client needs and positioning Show Supporters accordingly
- Working closely with the founder on key pitches, meetings and opportunities
- Expanding our network and presence across South India and other markets
- Building a strong pipeline and taking ownership from first conversation to closure

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR





Someone who

→ Is naturally good with people and conversations

→ Knows how to open doors — and more importantly, what to do once they open

→ Thinks in terms of relationships, not just targets

→ Can speak confidently with founders, CMOs, marketing teams and agency leadership

→ Is commercially sharp and understands how businesses grow

→ Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions

→ Wants to build something, not just occupy a designation

Experience in events, experiential, advertising, media, marketing, digital or allied industries is a solid plus.

But, mindset matters more than the industry you come from.

You won’t be joining a large sales team with a predefined playbook.

You’ll work directly with the founder, have visibility across the business, build relationships from scratch and have a genuine opportunity to shape how the company grows.
