nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a Junior Infrastructure Support Coordinator to act as a bridge between support requests and senior infrastructure engineers.
nYou will focus on coordination, execution of basic tasks, and operational follow-up.
nKey Responsibilities

Act as first point of contact between support teams and infrastructure engineersn
Route and track support requests and incidentsn
Perform basic infrastructure tasks:n




VM creation and management (VMware)n
Basic admin on Linux & Windows serversn
Monitor systems using Nagios and escalate alertsn
Provide Level 2 support for standard issuesn
Execute routine operations:n
Patch management and updatesn
Basic vulnerability remediation (Tenable)n
Assist with:n
Fortinet firewall checksn
Microsoft 365 / Entra ID user administrationn
Maintain documentation and proceduresn
