Minimum 6 to 7 years of recent experience in Hotel Sales with strong knowledge of the local market.

Solid understanding of the local corporate, business and key account segment.

Proven track record of generating business and achieving sales targets.

Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships with corporate accounts, travel partners and local businesses.

Good knowledge of local market dynamics, competition and business opportunities.

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth for the hotel.

Solid networking skills and an established local business contact base.
