JOB DESCRIPTION
About the Role
We are looking for a Jr. Marketing Automation Strategist to join Schbangs Marketing Automation team. The role involves working
closely with clients and internal teams to plan, strategise, coordinate and execute CRM and Marketing Automation campaigns
end-to-end.
You will be responsible for understanding the client's business and marketing objectives, translating them into customer
communication strategies and journeys, coordinating with Content and Design teams to develop campaign assets, working with
Martech platforms for execution, and analysing campaign performance to identify prospects for optimisation.
This is a client-facing strategy and execution role for someone who understands both marketing and technology and wants to
build expertise in CRM, lifecycle marketing and Marketing Automation.
End-to-end ownership: Brief → Strategy → Journey → Content & Creative → Platform Execution → QA → Launch →
Reporting → Optimisation
What You will Do
Campaign Strategy & Planning
• Understand client objectives and translate them into CRM and Marketing Automation
• strategies.
• Plan customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, conversion, retention
• and reactivation.
• Define audiences, propositions, channels, triggers, timing and communication frequency.
End-to-End Campaign Management
• Own campaigns from brief → strategy → content & creative → platform execution → QA →
• launch → reporting.
• Develop journey flows, communication matrices and campaign calendars.
• Coordinate timelines, dependencies and deliverables across stakeholders.
Client & Internal Coordination
• Participate in client discussions, understand requirements and present campaign recommendations.
• Coordinate with Content, Design, Account Management and Technology teams to ensure
• seamless execution.
• Manage feedback and proactively communicate campaign progress and challenges.
Martech & Audience Management
