We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the overall operations of the FoodWhisperer kitchen in Hoodi, Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end daily operations of the FoodWhisperer kitchen.
• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, stores, procurement, service and support teams.
• Monitor food production, quality, hygiene and timely service delivery.
• Plan and manage manpower deployment, shifts and daily operational requirements.
• Monitor food cost, wastage, consumption and operational expenses.




• Ensure adequate availability of raw materials in coordination with the Stores and Procurement teams.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, food safety, hygiene and safety standards.
• Develop and implement SOPs and ensure adherence to operational processes.
• Monitor kitchen productivity and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Handle client coordination and resolve operational/service-related concerns.
• Track customer feedback and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular operational checks and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Coordinate with HR for manpower, attendance, employee issues and workforce requirements.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Stores and Quality teams for smooth operations.
• Prepare operational MIS, manpower reports, consumption reports and other reports as required.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational challenges.
