Responsibilities:
• Preparing and sending outward invoices
• Monthly bank data reconciliation
• Monthly inward invoice scanning and saving
• New employee salary bifurcation from company CA
• Sending attendance sheet to company CA
• Preparing TDS documentation
• Preparing, updating and monitoring the budget
• Payment of inward invoices
• Maintaining FIRC
• Maintaining outward invoice data
