We're an early-stage startup moving rapid: in just 2 months since our go-to-market launch, we've onboarded 1000+ aspirants, 50+ mentors, 10 colleges & universities, and 20+ employers.





We're now looking for a Growth & Customer Success Associate to join us — a work-from-home role based in Delhi NCR, open to female candidates only.

This isn't a narrow sales or support job. You'll be an all-rounder: reaching out to colleges and employers, onboarding mentors and aspirants, setting up and managing client profiles, building the trackers that run our operations, handholding every stakeholder through a world-class experience, and travelling with the team whenever we're on the ground running seminars or onboarding drives at partner colleges.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Reach out to Placement Officers, HR leaders, and Talent Acquisition teams to generate meetings and close partnerships
• Identify and onboard industry professionals as mentors, and drive aspirant sign-ups and profile completions
• Set up and manage profiles for employers, colleges, mentors, and aspirants, and onboard current clients end-to-end
