About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in property accounting, financial management, and service charge reconciliations. Hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager is a robust advantage, as this role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, generating reports, and managing end-to-end property financials.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Property Accounting & Lease Administration
• Oversee day-to-day property accounting,



including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Partner with the lease administration team to ensure precise recording of lease terms, tenant billing, and financial updates.
• Preparation of property-related VAT returns.

Financial Reporting & Analytics
• Prepare, analyze, and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for managed properties.
• Reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and perform variance analysis against budgets.
• Deliver clear commentary and explanations on financial performance to clients.
• Generate customized financial reports using standard software tools to support decision-making.

Budgeting & Service Charge Management
• Updating budgets for service charge and Rent Demand.
• Prepare regular service charge reports for property managers.
• Execute annual service charge reconciliations across all tenant acc
