Your Tasks

• The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing, promoting, and selling IT,Cybersecurity and Business Excellence related examination and personnel certification products. The role also involves onboarding recent business partners and creating customized, industry-specific qualification programs.
• Identify and approach potential clients within the assigned geographical region to promote certification and examination solutions
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and target customer groups
• Acquire recent business partners to design and deliver customized,



industry-aligned qualification / Recent product Development programs
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and drive revenue growth
• Conduct market research to identify new leads, emerging opportunities, and potential sectors for expansion
• GTM Strategy, Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and successfully close business deals
• Prepare and share regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, forecasts, and outcomes
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving market conditions to identify strategic opportunities
