Role Overview
We are looking for a Creative Strategist who understands that outstanding advertising starts with a robust creative idea, not just good design. This role will be primarily responsible for developing creative strategies, concepts, angles, hooks, messaging, and creative directions for advertising campaigns, while working closely with designers to turn those strategies into high-performing ad creatives.
Key Responsibilities• Develop creative strategies for paid advertising campaigns across Meta and other digital platforms.
• Research the brand, target audience, competitors, market trends, and customer behaviour to identify creative opportunities.
• Develop creative concepts, hooks, angles, messaging frameworks, and visual directions for ad campaigns.
• Determine what the creative should communicate, how it should look, and why it should appeal to the target audience.
• Develop creative briefs for graphic designers and ensure the brief translates the strategy clearly.
• Identify different creative angles to test,



including product-focused, problem/solution, emotional, lifestyle, educational, social-proof, comparison, trend-led, and offer-driven concepts.
• Analyse existing ad creatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Study competitor advertising, Meta Ad Library, social media trends, fashion trends, and emerging creative formats.
• Develop concepts specifically designed for creative testing and performance marketing.
• Work closely with designers to develop static ads, carousels, campaign concepts, apparel creatives, and other visual assets.
• Use AI tools for research, ideation, visual exploration, concept development, and creative experimentation.
• Develop creative testing frameworks and recommend new concepts based on campaign learnings.
• Review creative performance and use available data to inform future creative directions.
