About the Role
Cordia is looking for a Healthcare Relationship Executive to manage communication and coordination with patients and doctors. The role involves handling calls, addressing queries, providing information, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both patients and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
• Make and receive calls from patients and doctors regarding Cordia's services and programs.
• Handle patient and doctor queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and assistance based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate between patients, doctors, and internal Cordia teams.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments, services, queries, and other requirements.
• Communicate with doctors regarding patient-related coordination and service requirements.




• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team or management.
• Maintain proper records of calls, queries, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of pending queries.
• Collect feedback from patients and doctors and communicate relevant feedback to management.
• Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional approach during all interactions.
• Support the team in maintaining solid relationships with patients and healthcare specialists.
• Follow Cordia's communication standards, SOPs, and confidentiality guidelines.
